Booking:
I am excited to now be offering online booking. When booking an appointment a credit card must be held on file to prevent no showing and last min cancellations.
CA Hair Studio realizes sometimes an appointment can not be kept. With that in mind, I kindly request a 24 notice to be given to avoid unnecessary charges. Otherwise a 25% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card. This will be at the discretion of the Studio.
No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee they are scheduled for.
Incorrect card or expired card information will be held responsible for any amounts owed by missed or late canceled appointments. All balances acquired must be paid in full before another appointment can/will be booked.
Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services. If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be rescheduled. Please notify CA hair studio if you know you are running behind. It happens to all of us from time to time. In the event that your stylist is running behind I will do my absolute best to contact the next guest to adjust accordingly. Please provide personal information updates as needed to ensure the efficiency of the business.

Refunds:
CA Hair Studio has a no refund on services policy. While striving to provide complete satisfaction, if you are unhappy with the results of your service, please let your stylist know within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment. Catherine Anne Hair Studio will then determine the next course of action in meeting your needs.
Pricing:
Catherine Anne Hair studio reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed due to services requested. The Studio’s pricing list is a guideline and starting point. The beauty industry is forever advancing and evolving and that means the technique of services offered as well as supply cost will change and differ from time to time. I will do my best to always ensure a transparent conversation/consultation with each guest and alter appointments as needed to fit each individual beauty budget.
